Art Enrichment is an opportunity for 5th grade students to have extra art time. It is also a smaller class size, which allows for projects that are not possible in a larger class. Here is one of our projects. Enjoy!
Tea Light Holders
Each student worked really hard on this project. We used the coil technique to create our roundness and then students were able to let their sculpture become leather hard before carving into them. Because the class size is smaller we were able to practice the more advanced clay working techniques. It was amazing to see what they can do.
